Min Li received the bachelor’s degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from The University of Hong Kong (HKU), Hong Kong, in 2018.

Dr. Li is currently an Assistant Professor with the Institute of Sensors, Signals and Systems, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, U.K. His current research interest includes microwaves, antennas, electromagnetics, and MIMO communications. From 2018-2020, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, at HKU. From 2021-2022, he was a Research Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. From 2022-2023, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), CA, USA.
