The novel research on ‘CBRAM technology for RF applications’, conducted by one of our Researchers, Dr Jayakrishnan Methapettyparambu Purushothama, has been published in Scientific Reports. The work can be access here.
Royal Society Research Grants Awarded
We have been awarded the funding from The Royal society on ‘Wideband Mm-wave Integrated Front-End Module (FEM) for Space and 5G Convergence’. The project aims to exploit a wideband mm-wave integrated FEM embracing the mm-wave frequency bands of 5G NR (24.25GHz-27.5GHz) and terrestrial-to-satellite uplink (27.5GHz-32GHz).
